Information We Collect
We collect account details such as username, email address, password hash, login/session information, game state, payments metadata, support details, and content you create in-game including messages, forum posts, crew text, hitlist reasons, and profile fields.
How We Use Information
We use information to operate the game, authenticate accounts, save progress, process purchases, send password resets and opted-in notifications, prevent abuse, moderate content, investigate bugs, and improve the service.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Vice & Neon stores purchase records such as package, amount, Stripe session/payment identifiers, and fulfilment status, but does not store full card numbers.
Email And Notifications
We may send transactional emails for account security, password resets, verification, payments, and notifications you enable. You can change optional notification preferences from your profile.
Sharing And Disclosure
We share data only where needed to run the service, such as payment processing, hosting, email delivery, legal compliance, abuse investigation, or support. Public game actions may be visible to other players through logs, profiles, leaderboards, forums, crews, and activity feeds.
Retention And Security
We keep records as long as needed for gameplay, account management, payment history, moderation, legal compliance, and backups. We use reasonable technical controls, but no online service can guarantee perfect security.
Your Choices
You may update profile details, change notification preferences, request support, or ask about account data using the support channel published in-game or by email once production mail is configured.
