Account Rules
Vice & Neon is an online crime-themed game. You are responsible for your account, password security, and activity performed under your login. Do not exploit bugs, automate gameplay, harass players, impersonate staff, sell accounts, or interfere with the service.
Game Content
The game includes fictional criminal themes, player conflict, combat logs, private messages, forums, crews, hitlists, and other user-generated content. Staff may moderate, remove, restrict, or preserve content when needed for safety, abuse handling, support, or game integrity.
Virtual Currency
Gold and other virtual items have no real-world cash value outside Vice & Neon. Purchases may be fulfilled through Stripe. Once Gold is credited or spent, it is generally non-refundable unless required by law or a payment error is confirmed.
Fair Play And Enforcement
We may suspend, ban, mute, roll back, or limit accounts that break rules, abuse systems, charge back fraudulently, or harm other players. Where possible, enforcement is based on logs and staff review.
Service Availability
Vice & Neon may change, reset, rebalance, or go offline for maintenance. Game data, values, rewards, and features may change as the game evolves.
